本文提出了提高高校图书馆服务质量的主要思路,包括:完善馆员考评体系,建立奖惩分明的服务质量考评机制;加强思想政治引导,建立甘于奉献的服务质量推动机制;提升培训教育力度,建立科学合理的服务质量发展机制。本文拟通过对高校图书馆服务质量方面的探索,旨在提出一些新的思路,为图书馆的发展,乃至高校办学质量的提高献计献策。
This paper puts forward the main ideas to improve the service quality of university libraries, including: improving the staff evaluation system, establishing the rewards and punishments of the service quality evaluation mechanism; strengthening the guidance of ideology and politics, establishing the service quality promotion mechanism willing to dedication; enhancing training and education, establishing Scientific and reasonable service quality development mechanism. This article intends to put forward some new ideas through the exploration of the service quality of the university library, offering suggestions for the development of the library and the improvement of the quality of running a university.
