目的:研究PTEN及COX-2在乳腺癌的表达、与临床病理特征的关系及二者表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化技术(S-P法)检测48例乳腺癌和12例乳腺纤维腺瘤中PTEN、COX-2的表达情况。结果:PTEN在乳腺癌中的高表达率52.08%(25/48)明显低于乳腺纤维腺瘤91.67%(11/12)(p<0.05);PTEN的表达水平与腋淋巴结转移呈负相关,与ER水平呈正相关。与乳腺纤维腺瘤组织16.67%(2/12)相比,COX-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显增强68.75%(33/48)(P<0.05),COX-2与肿瘤大小、临床分期、淋巴结转移及ER、PR水平有关。结论:PTEN和COX-2的异常表达与乳腺癌发生、发展密切相关;PTEN和COX-2在乳腺癌中的表达呈负相关,两者共同参与了乳腺癌发生和发展。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of PTEN and COX-2 in breast cancer and the clinicopathological characteristics and the expression of PTEN and COX-2. Methods: The expressions of PTEN and COX-2 in 48 cases of breast cancer and 12 cases of breast fibroadenoma were detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P method). Results: The high expression rate of PTEN in breast cancer was 52.08% (25/48), which was significantly lower than that in breast fibroadenoma (91.67%, 11/12) (p <0.05). The expression of PTEN was negatively correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis, And ER levels were positively correlated. Compared with 16.67% (2/12) in breast fibroadenoma tissue, the expression of COX-2 in breast cancer tissues was significantly increased by 68.75% (33/48) (P <0.05). The correlation between COX-2 and tumor size, clinical stage , Lymph node metastasis and ER, PR levels. Conclusions: The abnormal expression of PTEN and COX-2 is closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer. The expression of PTEN and COX-2 in breast cancer is negatively correlated, both of them participate in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
