目的:分析探讨给予老年病患者健康教育对其生活质量的影响。方法:选取老年病患者100例,将其平均进行分组,每组各50例患者,对照组患者给予常规宣教,观察组患者采取健康教育,分析对比两组患者的生活质量。结果:在遵医行为方面,观察组患者遵医用药、合理饮食、适量运动、定期复诊等方面情况均好于对照组患者(P<0.05);在生活质量评分方面,两组患者在物质生活方面对比(P>0.05),观察组干预后整体生活质量明显好于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:老年病患者因对疾病了解较少所以导致预后情况较差,而给予健康教育能提升患者对于疾病的了解程度以及遵医行为,提高其生活质量。
Objective: To analyze the impact of health education on the quality of life of geriatric patients. Methods: A total of 100 elderly patients were selected and divided into groups according to the average of 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine education. The health education in the observation group was used to compare and analyze the quality of life of the two groups. Results: In observing the doctor’s behavior, patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05), such as medication, reasonable diet, moderate exercise, regular follow-up and so on. In terms of quality of life score, (P> 0.05). The overall quality of life of the observation group after intervention was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Geriatric patients have poor prognosis due to less understanding of the disease. However, giving health education can improve patients’ understanding of the disease and compliance with the disease and improve their quality of life.
