“英语语言学”和“高级英语”两门课程是高校英语专业高年级阶段的必修课。如何有效地搞好这两门课程的教学,是英语专业教育工作者面临的重要课题。然而,在目前高校的英语专业教学中,对这两门课程的教学或多或少存在着一些教学困惑。因此,将这两门课程的体系有机契合起来具有重要的实践意义。本研究通过调查问卷了解学生在这两门课程学习方面的现状,并结合将两门课程有机契合的教学实践进一步了解学生的学习态度和学习状况是否有所改观,以期对外语教学有所启示。 “English Linguistics ” and “Advanced English ” two courses is a compulsory course of higher school English major stage. How to effectively improve the teaching of these two courses is an important issue for English majors. However, there are some teaching puzzles to the teaching of these two courses in the present college English teaching. Therefore, it is of practical significance to organically combine the systems of these two courses. In this study, students were asked to find out the status quo of the students in these two courses by means of questionnaires. Based on the organic combination of the two courses, the study further explored whether students’ learning attitudes and learning conditions have changed or not, with a view to enlightenment on foreign language teaching.
