在职业教育迅猛发展的大环境下,高职毕业生的人数呈现逐年增长的势头,其中路桥类高职毕业生的就业竞争压力日益加剧。文章以T学院(高职院校)路桥工程系毕业生毕业一年后的就业情况作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访问等形式,分析了路桥类高职毕业生的就业现状及存在的问题,并就如何提升路桥类高职学生就业能力和就业质量提出了对策,以期促进路桥类高职毕业生就业质量的提高。
Under the circumstance of the rapid development of vocational education, the number of graduates of higher vocational schools shows a tendency of increasing year by year. The employment pressure of higher vocational school graduates is getting more and more pressured. This article takes the employment situation of graduates of Road and Bridge Engineering Department of T College (vocational college) one year after graduation as the research object, and analyzes the employment status quo and existing problems of the road and bridge vocational graduates through questionnaires, interviews and other forms, And puts forward countermeasures on how to improve the employability and employment quality of road and bridge high vocational students with a view to promoting the improvement of the employment quality of road and bridge vocational students.
