Objective: To study the effect of sticking plaster on the gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy in patients with cancer. Methods: The selected 100 cases of gynecologic oncology patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Before the start of chemotherapy, the patients were investigated by CGISI, Intestinal reaction status, as the base reference. The experimental group began to use chemotherapy drugs on the day of chemotherapy, while applying Chinese medicine sticking and external application of umbilicus, each use of 8 h, continuous use for 1 week. Patients in the control group were routinely educated on the day of chemotherapy according to their condition and medication. The CGISI survey was again used to collect data on the 7th and 14th days of the intervention. The total score of the CGISI survey before and after the intervention and the scores of the sub-items were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in CGISI scores between the experimental group and the control group on the 7th day and the 14th day (P> 0.05). On the 7th day of the intervention, (P <0.05). On the 14th day of intervention, there were significant differences in the entries of “nausea and vomiting” and “oral mucosa dryness” and “diarrhea” (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese medicine sticky stick to the gastrointestinal tract to improve the overall response is not obvious, but for some single symptoms, such as nausea and vomiting “” diarrhea “” taste abnormalities "and so have a role in improving.
