心理学家加里培林等人的研究表明,知识分为描述性知识和操作性知识。操作性知识称为心智技能,只有通过模仿、观察、独立操作、自我体验才能习得,知不一定会。企业员工的培训明显不同于学校教育,更多的应该属于心智技能的习得。组织行为学教授大卫·库伯提出了参与式学习理论。他构建了一个学习模型——体验学习圈:活动(体验)—发表—反思—理论—应用—活动(体验),依次循环。
Studies by psychologist Gary Perlin and others show that knowledge is divided into descriptive and operational knowledge. Operational skills, known as mental skills, can only be acquired through imitation, observation, independent manipulation, and self-experience, and may or may not be known. The training of employees is obviously different from school education, more should belong to the acquisition of mental skills. David Cooper, a professor of organizational behavior, put forward the theory of participatory learning. He built a learning model - experiential learning circle: activity (experience) - published - reflection - theory - application - activity (experience), followed by a loop.
