平菇菌丝生长是一个极其复杂的生物化学反应,这个反应需要在一定的温度下才能进行,温度高低变化明显会对菌丝的长速数量产生直接影响。平菇接种后,从菌丝萌动至原基分化之前,这段时期称菌丝生长期。据报道,平菇菌丝生长温度范围为10~35℃,最适24~27℃。但我们在生产中发现,平菇菌丝在4~6℃冰箱中仍能生长发育,只是缓慢而已。那么平菇的发育起点温度和有效积温究竟是多少?至今国内外未见报道。为了选择合适的栽培季节,合理调控培养温度以缩短生长周期和适宜进行低温保藏菌种以及预测出菇期,做到有计划生产,我们进行了本项试验,现将结果报道如下: 一、材料与方法
