嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿(ELG)是一种发生予浅层淋巴结、真皮、皮下组织、筋膜及肌肉等组织的炎性增生性疾患。临床较少见,病变呈结节或块状,易被误诊为肿瘤或其它疾病。为提高对本病的认识,现将我院近10年经病理检查确诊的6例,报告如下。病历摘要例1 女、34岁,13年前右耳廓部先后出现多个黄豆大无痛性肿物,局部皮肤发痒。3年后右颊部亦出现类似肿物。各肿物逐年增大,无全身症状。于1979年10月12日入院。系
Eosinophilic lymphogranuloma (ELG) is an inflammatory proliferative disorder that occurs in superficial lymph nodes, dermis, subcutaneous tissue, fascia, and muscle. Less common in clinical practice, the lesions are nodules or lumps and can easily be misdiagnosed as tumors or other diseases. In order to raise awareness of the disease, we report the 6 cases confirmed by pathological examination in our hospital in the past 10 years as follows. Summary of medical records Example 1 Female, 34 years old, 13 years ago, a large number of painless masses of soybean appeared successively in the right auricle, and local skin was itchy. After 3 years, similar tumors appeared in the right cheeks. Each tumor increases year by year without systemic symptoms. He was admitted to hospital on October 12, 1979. system
