小麦看苗增施拔节孕穗肥,是协调小麦拔节、孕穗阶段各类矛盾,夺取小麦高产的一项有效措施.我们自1976~1977年在本市嘉定县徐行公社和青浦县朱家角公社进行了田间试验,同时应用同位素N~(15)示踪,研究小麦穗肥的吸收利用率及氮素在植株体内的分配;应用放射同位素~(14)CO_2示踪,研究小麦施穗肥后叶片的光合能力及光合产物在植株体内的分配和积累.现将试验结果汇总如下:
It is an effective measure to coordinate all kinds of contradictions at the jointing and booting stage of wheat to seize wheat with high yield .We conducted field trials in Xuhang commune of Jiading county and Zhujiajiao commune of Qingpu county from 1976 to 1977 The isotope N 15 tracer was used to study the absorption and utilization of spike fertilizer and the distribution of nitrogen in plants. The photosynthesis of wheat leaves after spikelet application was studied by radioisotope (14) CO_2 tracing.
