This article is based on the data on China’s total health expenditure from 1990 to 1995 published by the Institute of Health Economics of the Ministry of Health; the data on China’s total health expenditures revised from 1978 to 1989 by the research group, from the “China Statistical Yearbook” and “Chinese Social Statistics” over the years. The “China Labor Statistics Yearbook”, “China Health Statistics Annual Report Materials”, “Health Service Funds Final Account Information”, the National Health Department’s statistical data on health business expenditure over the years, and the 1978-1990 Chinese Health Statistics Excerpt, collect relevant data, and use economic statistics and Econometric analysis methods, analysis and evaluation of the total health expenditure system.
