所用材料有:无盖容器一个,其容积大小为所催芽种子体积的6—10倍,以选择瓦罐类吸水、保温性好的容器为佳;普通瓦楞纸一块,大小以盖住容器为度,上面挖直径5厘米的圆孔两个;用同样瓦楞纸裁出直径为6厘米的圆形两片;普通灯座和220伏25瓦白炽灯泡各一只;刻度为50～100℃温度计一支。安装方法:把灯座固定在瓦楞纸上,装上灯泡。在瓦楞纸上穿一小孔,插入温度计并用透明胶布将其粘牢。接通电源,把灯泡和温度计感温端放入容
