为明确不同虫口密度下烟粉虱对番茄植株生长发育与生理生化指标的影响,以人工接虫的方法将定量烟粉虱接至9叶期番茄植株。结果表明:烟粉虱为害可明显抑制植株的生长发育;受侵害植株根系活力、光合速率、花粉活力、座果率和单果重等明显下降;植株体内叶绿素的合成与光合作用受阻,叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量均明显下降;植株体内脯氨酸含量大量富集;可溶性蛋白质含量除在低接虫量植株体内有短暂上升外,其他植株体内可溶性蛋白含量均明显低于对照。
In order to clarify the effects of Bemisia tabaci on the growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of tomato plants under different insect population densities, the quantitative Bemisia tabaci (B. tabaci) strain was connected to the 9-leaf stage tomato plants by artificial insects. The results showed that: Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) control significantly inhibited plant growth and development; root activity, photosynthetic rate, pollen viability, fruit set rate and fruit weight per plant were obviously decreased; the synthesis and photosynthesis of chlorophyll were inhibited, chlorophyll content and Soluble sugar content decreased significantly. Proline content in plant was enriched in a large amount. Soluble protein content in other plants was significantly lower than that in control except for the transient increase in soluble insecticide content.
