2010年开始,我国加紧了房地产调控的步伐,甚至不惜实行限贷、限购这样的硬性行政干预措施,这显示了我国调控房地产行业的决心。本文从我国房地产市场的现状入手,随后介绍了利率、存款准备金率、税收这些宏观经济调控政策及其对我国房地产市场的影响,最后对我国房地产市场的发展提出了几点建议。
Starting from 2010, China stepped up the pace of real estate regulation and control, and even resorted to limit loans and purchase of such rigid administrative interventions. This shows our determination to regulate and control the real estate industry. This article begins with the current situation of the real estate market in our country, then introduces the macroeconomic regulation and control policies of the interest rate, the deposit reserve ratio and the tax revenue and its impact on the real estate market in our country. Finally, I put forward some suggestions on the development of the real estate market in our country.
