Pig production is a long-lived industry. Most pig producers in China always determine the production of the next crop based on the price of the previous cycle. If the price of the previous period is lower, farmers will reduce the production volume, which will result in insufficient pork supply in the future. This change is directly related to the price plunge in the previous round. There is no effort to piggy out small-capitalized funds. It is often enough to know the risks posed by the pig raising industry and can not fight back the water. Therefore, the number of pigs listed will be greatly reduced.
