各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,区直各委、办、厅、局:《国务院关于深化企业职工养老保险制度改革的通知》(国发[1995]6号,以下简称《通知》),是深化社会保险制度改革的重要指导性文件,是党的十四届三中全会决定中有关建立健全社会保障制度精神的具体体现。认真学习贯彻《通知》精神,对于深化城镇企业职工养老保险制度改革,建立现代企业制度,促进我区的经济发展和社会安定,具有重要意义。为了更好地贯彻国务院《通知》精神,现结合我区的情况,特作如下通知:
Administrative offices of all regions, municipalities, counties and autonomous counties, people’s governments of cities, counties and autonomous counties, Liu Tie, regional commissions, offices, offices and bureaus: Circular of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Old-age Insurance System for Enterprise Employees (Guo Fa [1995] No. 6, Circular) is an important guiding document for deepening the reform of the social insurance system and is a concrete manifestation of the spirit of establishing and perfecting the social security system in the decisions made by the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party. To seriously study and implement the spirit of the “Circular” is of great significance to deepening the reform of the pension insurance system for urban workers and employees, establishing a modern enterprise system, and promoting the economic development and social stability in our region. In order to better implement the “Notice” spirit of the State Council, we hereby make the following special notice in light of the conditions in our area:
