随着聚表剂在油田中大量试验与应用,并且取得了显著的效果。但对于聚表剂的一些物性还不够了解,通过物理模型实验,对聚表剂在多孔介质中的流动特性进行研究,分别对不同浓度的聚表剂在相同渗透率的岩心进行实验。研究结果表明:系列Ⅰ型聚表剂在不同浓度下均未发生堵塞现象,系列Ⅲ型则处于低浓度时没有发生堵塞现象,两种聚表剂都随着浓度增加粘度随之增加,同时二者都有较好的封堵能力,但系列Ⅰ型聚表剂的封堵能力明显优于系列Ⅲ型聚表剂,封堵能力也会随着浓度的增加而增加。
With the aggregate agent in the field of large-scale test and application, and achieved remarkable results. However, some physical properties of the poly-aggregates are not yet known enough. Through the physical model experiments, the flow characteristics of the poly-aggregates in the porous media were studied. The different concentrations of poly-aggregates were tested on cores with the same permeability. The results showed that: Series Ⅰ poly aggregates did not block at different concentrations, while Series Ⅲ did not clog at low concentrations. Both types of aggregates increased with increasing concentration, However, the plugging ability of Series I Polymeric Tablets was significantly better than that of Series III Polymeric Tablets, and the plugging capacity also increased with increasing concentration.
