培育具有当代工匠精神的大学生,是全面实现学校人才培养目标的需要。高职院校作为培养具有专业技术技能人才的主阵地,其思想政治教育当中应该融入工匠精神。本文在阐述了工匠精神的内涵及外延的基础上,分析了将工匠精神融入高职学生思想政治教育中的必要性,并提出通过实现高职教师对工匠精神的全面理解和践行、推动工匠精神与高职学生思政教育的个性化融合、构建工匠精神与高职学生思政教育融合的校园文化几个途径,切实将工匠精神融入高职学生思政教育的过程中。
Cultivating college students with the spirit of contemporary artisans is the need to fully realize the goal of school personnel training. Vocational colleges, as the main front for cultivating talents with professional and technical skills, should incorporate the spirit of craftsmanship into their ideological and political education. Based on the connotation and denotation of artisan spirit, this paper analyzes the necessity of integrating artisan spirit into the ideological and political education of higher vocational students and puts forward that through the realization of the comprehensive understanding and practice of artisan spirit by higher vocational teachers, Spirit and high vocational students ideological and political education of individual integration, the construction of artisanal spirit and ideological and political education of higher vocational students campus culture several ways to effectively integrate the spirit of artisans into vocational and technical students in the process of ideological and political education.
