2008年4月26日,由中南财经政法大学法学院和中南财经政法大学中国农村土地法律制度研究中心联合举办的“农村土地立法问题:国际经验与中国实践”国际研讨会在中南财经大学南湖校区隆重举行,来自意大利、葡萄牙、阿根廷、摩尔多瓦等国内外50余名专家学者、基层政府官员和多家媒体齐聚中南财大,以农地立法的国际经验与中国实践为主题,围绕国内外最新农地立法模式和成果进行了深入的研讨和互动。
On April 26, 2008, the International Symposium on Rural Land Legislation: International Experiences and China’s Practices, co-sponsored by Law School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and China Rural Land Legal System Research Center of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, More than 50 experts and scholars from Italy, Portugal, Argentina and Moldova, grassroots government officials and a number of media gathered in Zhongnan University to discuss the international experience and practice of China’s agricultural legislation. Domestic and foreign latest farmland legislative model and achievements conducted in-depth discussion and interaction.
