电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法同时测定铝合金中钴和镍

通过条件实验,确定了电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱同时测定铝合金中钴和镍的工作条件,通过基体匹配和背景校正,消除了基体和光谱干扰;建立了电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱同时测定铝合金中钴、镍的方法;方法检出限为钴1.25μg/L、镍3.00μg/L,相对标准偏差为钴0.32%、镍0.55%,回收率为钴82.84%—103.4%、镍88.50%—109.0%,该方法简便、快速、检出限低、干扰小、准确可靠,可用于铝合金中钴、镍的同时测定。 Through the experimental conditions, the working conditions of simultaneous determination of cobalt and nickel in aluminum alloy by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry were determined. The substrate and spectral interference were eliminated by matrix matching and background correction. Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry The detection limits were 1.25μg / L for cobalt and 3.00μg / L for nickel. The relative standard deviations were 0.32% for cobalt and 0.55% for nickel. The recovery rates were 82.84% -103.4% for cobalt, Nickel 88.50% -109.0%, the method is simple, fast, low detection limit, small interference, accurate and reliable, can be used for aluminum and cobalt in the determination of nickel.
