目的 :进一步掌握我县疾控我县人力资源现状,加大社会宣传力度,适应人力资源需求,特制定相应的对策,适应目前疾控工作量大面广,信息化办公的需求,提高疾控工作整体水平。方法设计统一调查表,由县疾控中心,乡(镇)卫生院按调查表内容逐个填写本单位工作人员、防疫专干和村卫生所公共卫生人员的基本情况,逐一核对后作为统计对象。进行总结分析并提出对策和建议。结果从职称构成情况来看,全县疾控人员职称结构极不合理。从学历情况分析,全县公共卫生人员以低学历和非专业人员为主,直接影响疾控工作质量的提高。全县从事公共卫生工作人员的年龄和性别构成符合疾控队伍的要求。结论通过分析进一步掌握我县疾控人力资源现状,为政府、卫生部门和用人单位的决策提供依据,为探讨加强疾控人力资源能力建设和可持续发展的动力提供了依据,对将后我县疾控机构综合能力建设方面起到很大的推动和促进作用。
