采用激光熔覆在45钢表面进行不同工艺参数的Fe_(60)Nb_(13)Ti_(13)Ta_(13)非晶合金粉末熔覆试验。使用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对涂层的微观组织形貌、物相组成进行分析,使用显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机对涂层的显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能进行检测。结果表明:涂层与基体材料冶金结合良好,无明显裂纹等缺陷。涂层组织为细小的α-Fe过饱和固溶体等轴晶和少量的非晶相。涂层平均硬度为873 HV,约为基体材料的4倍。涂层耐磨性也明显优于基体材料。
The cladding experiment of Fe 60 Nb 13 Ti 13 Ta 13 amorphous alloy powder with different technological parameters was carried out by laser cladding on the surface of 45 steel. The microstructure and phase composition of the coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The microhardness and friction and wear properties Test. The results show that the metallurgical bond between the coating and the substrate is good and there are no obvious defects such as cracks. The coating is composed of fine α-Fe supersaturated solid solution equiaxed grains and a few amorphous phases. The average hardness of the coating is 873 HV, about 4 times that of the base material. The wear resistance of the coating is also significantly better than the matrix material.
