碳金融市场,是温室气体排放权交易以及与之相关的各种金融活动和交易的总称,它为全球控制温室气体排放提供了重要的市场支持,同时也成为潜力巨大的金融交易市场。我国碳交易市场已经兴起,未来的碳减排潜力巨大。但我国碳交易市场的发展还很不完善,存在着交易价格过低、开发项目领域过窄等问题。作为一种战略性的资源,碳排放权的低价出售,可能会给我国带来风险。当前,受金融危机的影响,我国碳交易市场短期内将经历低谷,但长期看前景依然乐观。因此,应加强碳交易方法学研究,尽快培养碳交易专门人才,加快相关中介咨询、金融服务机构的建设,尤其要部署争取碳交易市场的定价权。本文首先对碳交易市场,碳交易市场机制和碳金融的情况做一基本介绍,详细阐述了国内国外的碳交易市场和碳金融的现状,最后写了本人在参考资料后对碳交易市场和碳金融的前景的想象。
The carbon finance market, a collective term for various greenhouse gas emissions trading and related financial activities and transactions, provides a significant market support for global control of greenhouse gas emissions and a potential financial trading market. At present, due to the financial crisis, the carbon trading market in China will experience a downturn in the short term, but the outlook for the long term is still optimistic. Therefore, we should strengthen research on carbon trading methodologies, cultivate carbon trading professionals as soon as possible, speed up the construction of relevant intermediary consulting and financial service agencies, and in particular, strive to secure the pricing power for the carbon trading market.
