用反相液相色谱建立了分析除草剂盖草能含量的方法，采用ＯＤＳ－Ｃ１８柱（２５０ｍｍ×４．００ｍｍｉ，ｄ），以乙腈－水（７３∶２７）为流动相，用紫外２４０ｎｍ检测，本方法的线性实验，回收率实验、精密度实验均良好，产品测定的变异系数为０．６７％，小于１．５０％。
A reversed-phase liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of the content of herbicide Capsicum. ODS-C18 column (250 mm × 4.00 mm, d) was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water The linearity experiment, recovery experiment and precision experiment of this method were all good. The coefficient of variation of the product was 0.67% and less than 1.50%.
