在HAc-NaAc(pH4.1)缓冲溶液中,三价铬与漂蓝6B(ECAB)在有溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下生成蓝色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于630nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为1.35×10~5,络合物组成比为Cr(Ⅲ):漂蓝6B=1:2。铬量为0—8μg/25mL时符合比尔定律。在有草酸和环已二胺四乙酸存在下可掩蔽多种共存离子。方法被用于测定钢铁、硅铁中微量铬,获得了满意结果。
In the HAc-NaAc (pH4.1) buffer solution, trivalent chromium and bleached blue 6B (ECAB) form a blue complex in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) with a maximum absorption wavelength at 630nm, the molar absorption coefficient of 1.35 × 10 ~ 5, complex composition ratio of Cr (Ⅲ): blue BS = 1: 2. Beer’s law is obeyed when the amount of chromium is 0-8μg / 25mL. Multiple coexistent ions can be masked in the presence of oxalic acid and cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid. The method was applied to the determination of trace chromium in steel and ferrosilicon, and satisfactory results were obtained.
