采用一次性被动回避式反应方法跳台法和避暗法,以及水迷宫法和穿梭箱法,研究了蜕皮甾酮(ECR)对地西泮和乙醇所造成的记忆障碍的保护作用.结果表明,ECR1.8-14.4mg·kg-1能以倒U型量效曲线方式预防地西泮致小鼠健忘和乙醇造成的小鼠记忆再现缺失,ECR3.6,7.2mg·kg-1能拮抗乙醇引起的小鼠空间辨别障碍,ECR5.0mg·kg-1还能减轻乙醇引起的大鼠主动回避反应障碍.提示ECR能保护地西泮与乙醇造成的记忆损害,其作用可能与其拮抗地西泮和乙醇对GABA能神经功能的正性调节有关
The protective effect of ecdysterone (ECR) on the memory impairment caused by diazepam and ethanol was studied by the disposable passive avoidance reaction method of jumping and evade method, water maze method and shuttle box method. The results showed that ECR1.8-14.4mg · kg-1 could prevent memory deficits caused by amnesia and ethanol induced by diazepam in an inverted U-shaped dose-response curve. ECR3.6, 7.2mg · kg -1 -1 can antagonize ethanol-induced spatial discrimination in mice. ECR5.0mg · kg-1 can also reduce ethanol-induced active avoidance disorder in rats. Suggesting that ECR can protect memory impairment caused by diazepam and ethanol, which may be related to antagonizing the positive regulation of GABAergic function by diazepam and ethanol
