省委十一届四次全会决定深入实施“五大规划”发展战略,是在深入践行党的群众路线的基础上研究形成的,来自于对省情的科学判断和清醒认识,体现了人民意志,代表了群众意愿,是龙江发展的历史抉择、希望所在。对于各级党委而言,切实发挥统领作用,把群众路线全方位贯彻于推进“五大规划”发展战略的全过程,才能不辜负总书记对龙江“要大展身手、加快发展”的政治嘱托,让人民过上富裕、文明、和谐、平安的好日子。
