原癌基因c-fos和c-jun是病毒癌基因v-fos和v-jun的细胞同源序列。伤害性刺激可诱发中枢c-fis和c-jun的表达。c-fos和c-jun在中枢某些部位的表达可作为伤害性刺激的标志物。电针刺激也可诱发c-fos和c-jun的表达。原癌基因的表达与阿片肽基因表达在时程上紧密相关。Fos可与阿片肽共存于同一神经细胞,Fos-Jun/Ap-1复合体可与脑啡肽基因5’端ENK CRE-2位点结合调节基因表达,从而参与痛觉调制。
Proto-oncogenes c-fos and c-jun are cellular homologous sequences of the viral oncogenes v-fos and v-jun. Nociceptive stimuli can induce the expression of central c-fis and c-jun. The expression of c-fos and c-jun in some parts of the central nervous system can be used as a marker of nociceptive stimuli. Electroacupuncture can also induce the expression of c-fos and c-jun. Proto-oncogene expression and opioid peptide gene expression in the time-course closely related. Fos can coexist with opioid peptide in the same nerve cell. Fos-Jun / Ap-1 complex can regulate the gene expression by binding to the ENK CRE-2 site at the 5 ’end of enkephalin gene.
