成品油管道在顺序输送过程中,不同批次油品之间存在批次界面,不同批次油品的密度、体积模量不同,导致管道内不同段的水击波速不同,且在运行过程中存在较多水力扰动工况,使得管道顺序输送过程中的水力规律较为复杂。针对瞬态模拟的特点,基于常用的间距内插法及向前(后)时间内插法等方法,建立了考虑批次界面的成品油管道水力模型,并详细分析了模型的网格划分形式、关键点及边界条件,提出一种基于特征线法的时间插值法,用以求解成品油管道顺序输送瞬态模拟。该算法省略了常用特征线法间距插值步骤,较大程度地简化了计算量,为成品油管道的顺序输送方案设计提供了技术支持。
