目前国内外生产液压阀工艺技术发展得比较快。细而长的主阀孔用简单的设备,简便的操作方法,获得了高精度、高光洁度和高的生产率。在国外孔的加工精度达0.001毫米以内,光洁度达▽10,在国内孔的加工几何精度达0.001毫米以内,光洁度达▽9,而每铰一个孔只需要30秒。阀芯的加工几何精度国内外都在0.001毫米以内,光洁度▽10以上。但是,我国大多数液压件厂都是中小厂,设备陈旧,精度低,劳动强度大,即使有少量专机,也由于设计和制造的不善,故应用范围
