本文在文献[1]基础上,对均热炉盖内衬不同厚度耐火纤维材料进行了传热分析,得到了运行过程中炉盖的温度分布及急冷急热区位置,其结果无论是对炉盖的优化设计还是节约能源均具有一定的理论意义及实用参考价值。
In this paper, based on the literature [1], the heat transfer analysis of refractory fiber materials lined with soaking furnace lid was carried out. The temperature distribution of the furnace lid and the location of quenching and heating zone during operation were obtained. Optimized lid design or energy conservation has a certain theoretical significance and practical reference value.
