随着社会主义经济体制制度的不断完善,人们的生活水平发生了翻天覆地的变化,与此同时人们也越来越感受到市场环境体制下的竞争激烈程度,因此企业不得不寻求各种各样的途径来提高自身的竞争力。归根结底,企业之间的竞争是人才的竞争,拥有良好的用人,管人的制度是一个企业兴衰荣辱的关键所在,因此本文结合个人多年实践工作经验,就新时期下的人力资源改革展开探讨,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用。
With the continuous improvement of the socialist economic system and systems, people’s living standards have undergone tremendous changes.
