According to a study published in “Hortscience” (June 2013), Muttalip Gündogdu and others from Van, Turkey analyzed the contents of vitamins, flavonoids and phenolic acids in early and late ripening apricots in Turkey. In this study, the content of apricot vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, β-carotene and carotenoid) and flavonoids in different mature stages were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
