为了探讨农药污染对胎儿发育的影响,我们调查一个农村确定人群从1985年元月1日至1987年12月31日期间出现的7652孕次的妊娠结局和孕产妇家中14种农药的使用情况,用逐步回归方法统计分析与各种不良妊娠结局有关的农药及其它因素。结果提示:叶蝉散、杀虫脒、DDT及666的孕期暴露,与多种不良妊娠结局有联系,孕期家中使用保棉丰、除草醚和杀虫双与自然流产和早产有联系,使用马拉硫磷和乐果与低出生体重有联系。同时,还提出了某些不良结局的危险因子。
To investigate the impact of pesticide contamination on fetal development, we investigated the outcomes of 7652 gestational pregnancies and the use of 14 pesticides among pregnant women in a rural population from January 1, 1985 to December 31, 1987, A stepwise regression was used to statistically analyze the pesticides and other factors associated with various adverse pregnancy outcomes.
