2013年,吉安职业技术学院与深圳职业技术学院合作办学,借船出海,借梯登高,让老区高职教育实现了“零”的突破;吉安文化精品大戏《记忆庐陵》入选江西省文艺创作繁荣工程,公演30余场,亮相京城,闪耀韩国,好评如潮;吉安城南医院整体委托上海东方医院管理,借助先进发达地区力量,托管运营公共设施……一系列社会领域的体制机制创新之举,充分释放了社会事业发展活力,让吉安社会事业领域精彩纷呈。这一切得益于吉安市委、市政府坚持群众路线,坚决改进作风,勇于解放思想,吸收先进理念,抓牢改革创新,频出新招,狠抓落实,积极探索实践社会事业管理新模式,情倾教育、文化、卫生等各项民生事业。
