玻璃离子粘固剂是国外七十年代发展起来的一种新型粘接充填材料。是继硅粘固剂,聚羧酸粘固剂之后,粘固剂中的第三代产品。它具有前两者的优点。更重要的是它能与牙齿形成离子键的结合,即化学结合。玻璃离子粘固剂以其粘接性能好,强度高,无毒,耐磨等优点,在国外被广泛应用于临床。我们在临床上用玻璃离子粘固剂,做各种牙体病、各类洞型的充填材料,经过一年的初步观察,报告如下:材料和方法所用的玻璃离子粘固剂,是轻工业部玻璃搪瓷研究所等单位研制,上海青浦齿科材料厂生产的GI-1玻璃离子粘固剂。按国际标准试验方法测定,基本达到日本G-G齿科工业公司七十年代末期同类产品的水平。
