针对某航空厂采用熔模铸造制备某油箱接管薄壁铸件存在周期长、力学性能差等问题,采用选区激光烧结(SLS)直接制备其整体砂型/砂芯,克服了传统砂型铸造存在铸件表面粗糙、异型曲面结构尺寸误差大,及砂芯错位引起的浇不足等缺陷。并采用低压铸造成形,获得了冶金品质好、几何尺寸合格、表面粗糙度(Ra)为6.3μm及尺寸精度为CT6~CT8级、最小壁厚仅为1.2mm的复杂曲面油箱接管铝铸件,实现了薄壁铝铸件油管的精密砂型快速铸造,满足了使用要求。
