目前.树脂自硬砂发展的主要动向之一.就是要求解决快速硬化的问题。美国阿什兰化学公司早在六十年代末就研制了树脂快速自硬砂制型(芯)工艺.即 PEPSET 树脂自硬砂工艺和 ISOCURE冷芯盒工艺。此两项工艺七十年代在美国以及西德,日本等工业发达国家的汽车,拖拉机铸造行业中得到了迅速的应用和发展。我国的一汽和重庆发动机厂先后采用了这两种工艺。应美国阿什兰化学公司邀请.笔者在随中国船舶工业总公司组织的铸造工艺及设备考察团赴美国考察期间了解到,
