介绍了兖石线基床翻浆冒泥的基本特征和产生过程。利用沿线路基膨胀土掺入高分子聚合筑路剂制成不同配比的聚合土小试件,分别测试其水理力学性能指标,从而确定最合理的材料配比。由现场施工效果可以看出,改良后的土体,具有早期强度提高快、韧性好、抗渗、抗冻融、抗老化能力突出等特点,可以从根本上解决水害对基床土体的破坏。
This paper introduces the basic features and the production process of the slime mud in the Yanshi line bed. With the use of polymer-bound road building agent into the expansive soil, polymer aggregates of different proportions were made into small test pieces, and their hydraulic properties were tested respectively to determine the most reasonable ratio of materials. It can be seen from the construction effect in the field that the improved soil has the characteristics of rapid increase in early strength, good toughness, impermeability, anti-freeze-thaw and anti-aging ability, which can fundamentally solve the damage to the soil of foundation bed .
