根际的固氮效应,一直是当前微生物学家和植物营养学家所关注的问题之一.研究根际固氮微生物与作物之间的相互关系,阐明根际微生物及固氮微生物在根际氮素转化中的作用及其与植物营养的关系;以及植物根分泌物对根际微生物的影响,对农业生产实践及农业土壤生态平衡的调节,都具有重要作用.为此,我们结合农业发展,研究了早熟品种辽春8号小麦各生育期的根际固氮效应,试图说明根际生态环境下,固氮微生物品系交替状况,以及其在促进农业生产中的作用.
