目的观察中西医结合疗法对胃溃疡患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院于2008年3月份到2010年3月份收治的176例胃溃疡患者,将其随机分为观察组与实验组,每组含88例。向对照组患者提供果胶铋胶囊治疗,向观察组提供中西医结合治疗,即将加味补中益气汤与果胶铋胶囊联合起来进行治疗,观察两组患者的康复情况,对治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组88例患者中,84例病情好转或痊愈,治疗有效率为95.5%,对照组88例患者中,75例病情好转或痊愈,治疗有效率为85.2%。两组在治疗效果上的比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗胃溃疡患者时,将加味补中益气汤与果胶铋胶囊联合起来构成的中西医结合疗法,效果十分良好,适于在临床中得到广泛的推广与应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on gastric ulcer patients. Methods A total of 176 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to March 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and experimental group, with 88 cases in each group. To the control group of patients with pectin bismuth capsules treatment, the observation group to provide Integrative Medicine, about to be Buwei Yi Zhong Tang and pectin bismuth capsules for treatment, the two groups were observed rehabilitation, the treatment effect was compared analysis. Results Among the 88 patients in the observation group, 84 patients improved or healed. The effective rate was 95.5%. Among 88 patients in the control group, 75 patients improved or healed, and the effective rate was 85.2%. The difference between the two groups in the treatment effect was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions When treating patients with gastric ulcer, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combining Jia Bu Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang with pectin bismuth capsule has a very good effect and is suitable for being widely popularized and applied in clinical practice.
