从石油中可提取液化气、汽油、柴油和乙烯、丙烯等燃料和工业原料,把乙烯、丙烯进行聚合,可生产各种化工产品。把煤制成合成气,用合成气可以制出甲醇,但长期无法再进一步,实现“甲醇制烯烃”;而如能制得烯烃,从烯烃中就能分离出乙烯、丙烯。也就是说,如能走通“甲醇制烯烃”的关键一步,“煤代油”便成为可能。这个大难题,困扰了国际化工界几十年。中国科学院大连化学物理研究所的科学家们经过四代人持续努力,终于率先突破了技术路障!
Liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, diesel oil and fuels and industrial raw materials such as ethylene and propylene can be extracted from petroleum, and ethylene and propylene can be polymerized to produce various chemical products. The synthesis of coal into syngas, with syngas can be made of methanol, but long-term can not go further, to achieve “methanol to olefins”; and if can be made of olefins, olefins can be separated from ethylene, propylene. In other words, as a key step to get through the “methanol to olefins,” “coal on behalf of the oil” will be possible. This big problem has plagued the international chemical industry for decades. Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, scientists after four generations of sustained efforts, and finally took the lead in breaking the technical barriers!
