蜀人苏东坡,宋代大学士也,诗文向为世人推崇。因长年嗜食鱼,写下了不少咏鱼诗。[1]:“粉红石首仍无骨,雪白河豚不药人。寄寄天公与河伯,何妨乞与水精磷。”此诗题为《戏作(鱼回)鱼一绝》,是苏东坡在品尝了金陵(今南京)特产——(鱼回)鱼后所作。(鱼回),俗称(鱼回)鱼、肥沱、江团。颜色粉红,是生活在江河中的底层鱼类。因其肉嫩味美,又无细刺,被誉为淡水食用鱼中的上品。其肥厚的鳔干制成“鱼
