从本世纪80年代起,植物生长调控剂已成为农业方面的研究热点。从有限的研究报道来看,调控剂对油菜的作用机理多以无硼处理为对照进行纵向研究,而在施硼的基础上对调控剂间的径向比较研究尚未见报道。本文试图以甘蓝型(Brassica napus)杂交油菜秦油二号和普通油菜中油821为试材,对802、多效唑(MET)和增产菌这三种推广应用面积最大的植物生长调控剂进行径向比较研究,旨在探明不同调控剂对油菜的生理效应,以期为减少生产应用上的盲目性和筛选出对油菜生产更为有效的调控剂提供一些依据。
Since the 1980s, plant growth regulators have become a hot topic in agriculture. From a limited number of reports, the mechanism of action of regulators on rapeseed is more longitudinal than that of boron-free treatment. However, there is no report on the comparison between regulators in the radial direction based on the application of boron. In this paper, we tried to make a radial comparison of three plant growth regulators, ie, 802, paclobutrazol (MET) and increasing strain, which were Brassica napus hybrid oil Qinyou No.2 and common rape Zhongyou 821. The aim of this study is to find out the physiological effects of different regulators on rapeseed, with a view to providing some evidence for reducing the blindness in production and screening out more effective regulators for rapeseed production.
