一、自制换算表的意义 (1) 自制换算表可使换算误差大大减小,使里氏硬度计的应用具有简单、方便等优点,使其换算硬度的(综合)误差水平很容易达到产品标准中规定的规范工作硬度计的精度水平,使其原有的“辅助手段”和“参考地位”得到大大改善。 (2) 自制换算表的应用使各种材料(不论是否是某些现有换算表所适用的)均能得到较为准确的所需硬度种类换算值。
