以FORTRAN语言和AutoCAD图形软件作为CAD系统的支撑环境,叶轮优化设计采用简化三元流动模型,环量沿径向分布可任意控制,优化参数可根据需要选取,叶片造型采用平面叶栅法。模型试验表明,设计点准确、设计质量高。并且在国内首次利用数控加工中心实现了泵转轮叶片CAM。
Taking FORTRAN language and AutoCAD graphics software as the supporting environment of CAD system, the impeller optimization design adopts a simplified ternary flow model. The radial distribution of the ring volume can be arbitrarily controlled. The optimization parameters can be selected according to the needs. The model test shows that the design point is accurate and the design quality is high. And in the country for the first time the use of CNC machining centers to achieve the pump rotor blades CAM.
