目的探讨神经内科住院医师会诊实践和体会。方法本次研究选择的对象共40例,均为我院2011年5月至2012年5月收治的需行神经内科住院医院会诊的患者,回顾分析临床资料。结果内科22例,占55%;耳鼻喉科3例,占7.5%;外科6例,占15%;妇产科2例,占5%;眼科2例,占5%;干部保健科3例,占7.5%;其它2例,占5%。内科亚科申请会诊分布:血液科1例,占4.5%;心血管内科10例,占45.5%;肾内科2例,占9.1%;消化内科3例,占13.6%;内分泌科4例,占18.2%;风湿免疫科2例,占9.1%。其中以心内科占有比例最高,与其它科室比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。头痛查因5例,占12.5%;脑梗死12例,占30%;抽搐发作6例,占15%;躯体疾病所致精神障碍与脑器质性精神障碍14例,占35%;脑出血3例,占7.5%。故神经内科会诊多以脑出血和脑梗死、躯体疾病所致精神障碍与脑器质性精神障碍患者为主。经对症治疗后均好转。结论神经内科疾病与机体其它系统疾病存在密切关联,综合评价各个系统疾病,制定合理的救治方案,是提高疾病治疗预后的关键。
Objective To discuss the practice and experience of resident consultation in neurology department. Methods The study selected a total of 40 patients, all of our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 were admitted to the Department of Nephrology Inpatient Hospital consultation patients, reviewing the clinical data. Results Internal medicine 22 cases, accounting for 55%; otolaryngology 3 cases, accounting for 7.5%; surgical 6 cases, accounting for 15%; obstetrics and gynecology 2 cases, accounting for 5%; ophthalmology 2 cases, accounting for 5%; cadre health care 3 , Accounting for 7.5%; other 2 cases, accounting for 5%. Internal medicine Branch application for consultation: Hematology 1 case, accounting for 4.5%; cardiovascular medicine in 10 cases, accounting for 45.5%; 2 cases of nephrology, accounting for 9.1%; 3 cases of gastroenterology, accounting for 13.6%; 4 cases of endocrine, accounting for 18.2%; Rheumatology 2 cases, accounting for 9.1%. Which the highest proportion of cardiology, and other departments were statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Headache charcoal in 5 cases, accounting for 12.5%; cerebral infarction in 12 cases, accounting for 30%; convulsive seizures in 6 cases, accounting for 15%; physical illness-induced mental disorder and brain organic mental disorders in 14 cases, 35%; cerebral hemorrhage 3 cases, accounting for 7.5%. Therefore, the neurology clinic mostly intracranial hemorrhage and cerebral infarction, somatic disorders and brain organic mental disorders patients. After symptomatic treatment were better. Conclusion There is a close relationship between neurological diseases and other systemic diseases. To evaluate each systematic disease comprehensively and formulate a reasonable treatment plan is the key to improve the prognosis of the disease.
