采用氧化和接枝两种方法对石蜡进行化学改性,以拓宽石蜡的相变温度范围和提高其相变潜热。通过对两种方法反应机理和反应影响因素实验的研究,优化了反应条件,成功地拓宽了石蜡的相变温度,其相变潜热提高10%~40%。研究总结出改性石蜡相变温度和潜热与其分子结构的关系,为进一步提高石蜡的相变温度和潜热提供理论指导。
Oxidation and grafting using two methods of chemical modification of paraffin to broaden the paraffin phase transition temperature range and improve the latent heat of transformation. Through the experimental study on the reaction mechanism and reaction factors of two methods, the reaction conditions were optimized and the phase transition temperature of paraffin was broadened successfully, and the latent heat of phase transformation increased by 10% ~ 40%. The research summarized the relationship between temperature and latent heat of modified paraffin and its molecular structure, and provided theoretical guidance for further improving paraffin phase transition temperature and latent heat.
