编辑同志:编辑同志我公司一名技术人员,前不久跳槽去了另一家公司,并把公司的技术信息告诉了新去的企业。我们认为,他向新公司泄露了我公司的秘密,给我公司带来了损失,要求他赔偿。该技术人员称与我方签订的劳动合同中没有保密条款,其行为没有违约,不应承担赔偿责任。请问,合同中没有约定保密条款,公司还能要求泄密员工承担赔偿责任吗?
