在总路线光辉照耀下,稀土镁球铁已在各个工业部门中获得广泛的应用。广东省稀土球铁轴承试验组,最近二年来对用稀土球铁制造滚动轴承,作了一系列研究与试验,已获初步结果。本文介绍其中一部分研究结果:热处理对于稀土球铁一般机械性能,接触疲劳性能和耐磨性的影响。我们研究了三个热处理条件对球铁金相组织和性能的影响:(1)淬火温度对组织和性能的影响;(2)回火温度对组织和性能的影响;(3)等温温度对组织和性能的影响。结果表明:用稀土球铁制作滚动轴承,恰当地选择热处理条件是非常必要的。
Radiance in the general line shining, rare earth magnesium ductile iron has been widely used in various industrial sectors. Guangdong province rare earth ductile iron bearing test group, with the last two years to manufacture rolling bearings with rare earth ductile iron, made a series of research and experiments, have been the initial results. This paper presents some of the findings of this study: The effect of heat treatment on general mechanical properties, contact fatigue properties and wear resistance of rare earth ductile iron. We studied the effect of three heat treatment conditions on microstructure and properties of ductile iron: (1) the effect of quenching temperature on microstructure and properties; (2) the effect of tempering temperature on microstructure and properties; (3) And the impact of performance. The results show that it is very necessary to select the heat treatment condition by making the rolling bearing with rare earth ductile iron.
